The Sony MDR-Z7 is a smooth and quiet high-end headphones and weights relatively light at 335 g. Although it cost a relatively huge sum of S$937, it is worth it. It is a black coloured closed-back headphones but feels more like an open-back headphones, being able to produce clear and rich sounds. Its massive 70mm drivers promises high resolution audio and can deliver a wide frequency range of 4 to 100,000Hz. It has ergonomic ear pads that feels super comfortable.
Sony MDR-Z7 comes with a 3-meter conventional stereo cable and a 2m double-headed balanced audio cable. However, no carrying pouch is included with the Sony MDR-Z7.
In short, the Sony MDR-Z7 promises superb audio and comfort and is definitely worth the price.
